Return Policy

If a product fails to meet your expectations you may return it for refund within 14 days of purchase.  “Expectations” excludes pricing.  Due to the rare and limited availability of the knives we offer, price fluctuations and product availability in cyberspace is beyond our control.  Vault items are not eligible for return.

Separately, you should be somewhat familiar with the knife or style of knife you order.  Detailed technical specifications are provided with each product description, so you should know exactly what you are getting.

All returned items must be in unused original condition (new) and include original packaging (boxes, papers, etc.).  Items returned in less than new condition will not be refunded and will be returned to the buyer at their expense. 

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  RMA numbers may be requested via email sales@blazinblades.com.  Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.  Refunds will exclude original shipping costs.  We strongly recommend insurance as we will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Rest assured all items are closely inspected prior to shipping.  We do not ship blemished products under any circumstances.

BlazinBlades reserves the right to assess a 20% restocking fee on all returns.  While we certainly want you to be happy, the reality is returns cost us money.  As we do not offer preowned knives on BlazinBlades, returns are generally liquidated through a secondary market where we often incur losses.
