You are probably wondering why we have so many Spyderco knives that you can’t find anywhere else. No, they aren't counterfeit. And yes, they are in stock. In fact, we do not drop ship any orders. All of the items we offer are brand new, authentic, and sitting in our inventory ready to ship. Additionally, we are an authorized dealer of every brand we sell.
Before offering limited production knives (e.g. Sprint Runs) for sale, we typically wait until the big online stores have finished giving their inventory away and supplies have all but dried up. This allows us to actually make a profit. Profits are good because they allow us to stay in business.
Sprint Runs are offered at market prices, which may be at, above or below MSRP, depending on the item. The most coveted knives, i.e. "Vault Items", generally sell at a premium. Yes, the long-forgotten concept of supply vs. demand.
We may never make a lot of money like the internet giants, and that's OK. Some of the wealthiest people we know are pretty screwed up. So we're happy just as we are.
